Drop off

Hello All, 

sorry if this had been covered before! 
first festival with my 12 yr old. 
mother in law lives in Martock so will be dropping us off wondered if we can be dropped to gate B as we are planning to camp in kids field with friends Is this possible at all?

No it’s not . Best thing is the official drop off at bath and west showground . And then a free shuttle to the site which will drop off at gate a

No, this is not possible for two reasons.

 

First, drop-offs are not permitted anywhere near the festival. The official drop-off point is the Bath & West Showground where festival goers catch a shuttle bus for entry at Gate A. 

 

Secondly, there is no public road access to Gate B.

Also be aware the family camping areas just inside Gate B are extremely popular and usually full by early afternoon Wednesday.
