Hi Guys,

I cant seem to work it out… We’re arriving Tues night in a CV, on Weds morning do we join the queue with everyone arriving in the morning to get wrist bands. Or do we enter through a separate queue for the CV camp sites?

Also as well be arriving late for CV’s, do they allocate space for the vans? (Not specific, but a pitch per campervan) or is it totally random

like the tents?

Any help much appreciated! Very excited..

Hi.... assuming you're parking up in East campervans parking then Gate C will likely be your nearest site entry point, and you'll need to queue up there with everyone else as there is no separate queue for campervan fields.

Campervan pitches are organised by stewards in rows and you'll be directed where to park.  This is to ensure access through campervan parking for any emergency access that random parking would make difficult.

Have a fabulous festival 😍

Amazing! Thanks so much that’s super helpful especially about the parking.

In regards the queue, I suppose if there is no rush to find a camping spot, then there is no rush to get in?

Yes.... there will almost certainly be a queue at Gate C most of the day on Wednesday....but given that car parks are open from 2100 Tuesday it'll be a lot quieter by Weds afternoon.

The CV fields are filled in a specific order

Quiet - E20,23,half of 24, 19, other half of 24, 25

General - E18, 17,16,15,14

There will be 70% or more in on Tuesday i would say... (someone will qualify that..)

The people that have waited overnight Tuesday in the car parks are let through (most eastern point of E17) about 7am.... and they will start queuing in E21 till gate C is open at 8am... The queue will be bad till midday and beyond..
If you are keen to get in the festival you had best join the queue before 7am otherwise you may as will sit by your van and chill with beers until mid/late afternoon..
