Hi

We need to pick my son up from the festival on Monday and he has a trolley. He did drive down and had a permit but the car broke down, don't know if we can get a permit to get in on Monday or whether there is a good place to pick him up with his trolley. Apparently the shuttle bus doesn't allow trolleys. Grateful for any advice or help

If you happen to encounter a similar situation in the future, you should contact the festival organizers. They may be able to provide information on how to obtain a permit for the festival grounds or suggest alternative pickup locations.
