Great set. Saw them once at Leeds Fest just after Cross came out and it was unreal. Would love to have been watching them right now.

Think I enjoyed it a shade more than last time, helped by the absolute real ones we were all stood with.  

 

Nia Archives a decent warm up too, playing inside her big silver foot.

Yeah that was better than last time. 

I’ll admit, I didn’t think it could be topped, so questioned whether to see them or The National.

But after big old Rom Doggy brought her immaculate vibes to Woodsies, party mode was the only way to go. 

The beefed up version of Chorus was f**king insane. 

French people are just cool, aren’t they?

Arguably my set of the weekend but lots of contenders for that.

 

I had been on site since Monday and had worked some tough shifts. Almost binned it off and headed home mid Sunday evening.

 

After taking myself outside for a chat, I stayed for the set. The right choice. Just a complete Audio visual overload

I felt this was the set I wanted to get in 2017, which wasn't overly well attended and felt a bit flat.

 

This iteration of 'Justice on West Holts' was absolutely box office. Production / lighting on another level, a big crowd that were mad up for it.

Yeah I walked over at 5pm and the stage was shut off, the lights half up with two cranes holding the stage up. The whole stage was cancelled about 30 minutes later, and the director of Porto confirmed it about a week after the fest
