They are supporting Nick Cave + TBS on the UK tour over the next couple of weeks so they are definitely active - it's all without Isaac though, and they haven't been playing any Isaac-era songs for a couple of years now. They've recently been in the studio. New album out sometime next year I suppose - all without Isaac. He's not a member of the band anymore. Thats good and a shame at the same time, Im not so hot on them without Issac but obviously it is what it is. I did some googling and it seems a new album is possibly ready - I guess it will wait until they can do their own tour. It would be a massive shame if Sunglasses never saw the light of day ;) again! Their new music from recent gigs is sounding excellent. Obviously quite different from their previous stuff (as is to be expected), but there was already a noticeable sonic shift between For the first time and Ants From Up There, and they were only released a year apart! I think the band have a natural tendency to evolve stylistically - this would have happened with or without Isaac, although obviously in a different way had he stayed. I'll be interested to hear it next week - I wasn't much of a fan of their set at Wide Awake last year which was mainly the 'Live at Bush Hall' stuff, but can see their recent setlists have been pretty much all new material. You are definitely right that they tend to just evolve naturally and I like that about them (even though I wish I'd caught them with Isaac and been able to see Sunglasses / The Place Where He Inserted the Blade / Basketball Shoes etc.) Edited October 30 by PDAD

Main point is he didn't do both dates the same year. Jamie XX played woodsies this year. Have you seen the difference between the tours the woodsies headliners are doing this year and what becky hills tour looked like? Becky Hill would have virtually headlined that last year and she's just a massive arena tour. She's easily big enough to be played 3rd if not sub Pyramid with bigger tours than at least two this years subs and she would headliner Other if they wanted her see as well. I'd like to see Hot Chip, C@TQ and Pheonix do that. You should probably stop stage predictions haha Edited October 30 by northernangel

That's the point.

And what?, do you want find me the other several arenas he headlined around the country or just the two he played in the most populated city which happens to where he was born?, plus the next show he's also playing in the most populated city?, where he was born lol. I'm talking about someone who's selling arenas all over, not just their birth place, you might as well tell me when Courteeners play their home town next lol 53 minutes ago, rwoo said: Have to say I agree.
