I know it's not usually a band slot, but Bon Jovi would be ace!  Would also love Billy Joel or Annie Lennox.  I guess Robbie would smash it, he's got the tunes but I can't warm to him after watching that awful documentary series.  The best legends in my opinion are the ones that genuinely seem excited to be there (Lionel, Kylie etc etc)

Could quite easily still rock any stage at any time of day - wouldn't have em down as for the legend slot though.

Have seen him recently and wasn’t expecting much I was blown away by how fun and full of hits it was. Amazing band too and voice (we’ve not had a decent voice for years)….

One of the last artists I have never got around to seeing. Would love to see them down the farm.

I finally managed to catch them a few years ago in Berlin and they were brilliant. Wall to wall bangers. 

 

If they headlined West Holts I'd be all over it. Would be such a party. Like someone else said, I'm not sure where they'd fit in realistically, but a night slot would be best.

Yeah have them down as a West Holts headliner material myself. Will have a nose next time they tour. Need a standing gig though. Seats at Jamiroquai would be pointless.

The only ones I’ve seen (Brian Wilson and Ray Davies) were brilliant and not in the novelty category at all, so it doesn’t necessarily have to be! (The ones I didn’t see may well have been brilliant too, it’s just not a slot I automatically attend, entirely depends on who it is…I kinda saw Paul Simon, but was really around the corner having a pint in the Mandela bar and his voice sounded shot so I didn’t bother moving)…

From what I have read etc seems they feel they should be headlining and not a legend.
