I don’t think DF Concerts would book him for an outdoor show again. They literally gave away thousands of tickets to his Bellahouston show a few years ago.

The mistake they made was it being so soon after he done a Hydro gig. He's more popular now so would probably sell better than that gig. However, he's absolutely not headling TRNSMT this year, or likely any other year.

Nah NOS is a Thu-Fri-Sat.

 

That could be a barrier to KoL after all, however. Unless it's logistically straight forward to ferry all their sh*t from Lisbon to Glasgow for a back-to-back.

 

... granted a few years ago Muse did back-to-back-to-back shows in Italy, Portugal and Isle of Wight, but with the Portugal show getting a totally different production and even different instruments.

Texas as a sub doesn't strike me as a horrendous thing btw. Two sold out nights at the Hydro. Just wonder if a band headlining Belladrum would be given such a prominent spot.

Agreed. She’d definitely be a headliner given the current hype around BRAT but I think they’d have had ‘trnsmt’ style posters in the style of the album plastered outside The Hydro if that was the case.
