wasn’t sure if crumbs was an expression of uncertainty , or one of the 29 albums ha, I believe it was the former. does look like they have a couple of ‘singles collections’ albums in the compilations section on Spotify. Will prob dip my toe in here I reckon unless anyone suggests a better approach -
I agree about both nitpicks. I also was surprised just how much advertising there was - how many babybels can one person eat 😂, and thought some stage choices were a bit surprising, which didn't help with overcrowing. Oh and the food was a bit of a mixed bag Highlights for me were Pulp, Alvvays, PJ Harvey, The National, Jack White, Wednesday, Nation of Language and Big Thief (though certainly not the best I have seen them). But I also enjoyed lots of others including Blondshell, Hurray for the Riff Raff, Fever Ray, Slowdive, Yard Act, Arooj Aftab and Air. Only shame was missing English Teacher because of the crazy queue even though I left Slowdive early and was lucky to jump straight on a tram!

Check out the tent selling gig posters too, including loads from people playing GM this year.

Saturday was nice. No queues, plenty of space most of the time and the weather was perfect. Only downside was the constant yapping and chatting - especially during Air. I particularly enjoyed The Raveonettes, Viagra Boys (crazy live band!), the wonderful Air set and Jack White’s guitar assault. And being able to get home in my bed in 15 minutes. Although it took me a while to actually find my bike afterwards 😅
