Only thing that might put a spanner in works is the ongoing redevelopment at the Etihad, football is continuing but they might have any intrusive work planned for summer No gigs at the Etihad for 3 years due to building work.

Alan_C
The only songs I think they would possibly play from the later albums are: Heathen Chemistry: Stop Crying Your Heart Out, Little By Little DBTT: Lyla, The Importance of Being Idle DOYS: Falling Down, Shock of the Lighting I'd guess Noel is likely to sing one or two of them. Agreed, although I also love Be Here Now and I'm pretty sure they'll do Stand By Me and possibly D'You Know What I Mean? Both Liam and Noel play Stand By Me in their sets now it seems to get one of the biggest singalong of the night.

Yokel Again
Gonna spend the day putting together a set list now. Ha! I've always liked Lyla, great tune. Other than that, picking get slim the later you get. Can't think of anything off the last album I'd be bothered about hearing.

ClementsMike
Pre sale ballot deadline now extended until 10am tomorrow, and notification will be out by 5pm, so an evening pre sale looks likely. 09matthewsw
This ballot clearly just been done to gauge demand and establish a mailing list 🤦♂️ whats the point of a presale that anyone can sign up to? Could’ve used the NG / LG mailing lists or at least made people buy an album or something to deter the bots. will have been spammed with 1000s of bot email addresses. Very very slim chance of success

It’s not the ballot entry deadline that’s been extended, just the deadline for confirming entry. Very very slim chance of success Anyone who was on the new Oasis mailing list as of March is guaranteed a code, though you can't rule out that actually being based on cross referencing to the others, or purchases from the store. No idea what numbers they're going for with the rest Edited August 29 by efcfanwirral

I couldn't give a monkeys what time they're setting themselves to process the applications - all they needed to say was you will hear by 5pm tomorrow because of demand
