Fontaines won't play next year for sure. Going forwards, they could come back but only if the career starts going downwards lol. Headlining Reading/Glastonbury seem a lot more likely.
I was there for Neil Young in 09 and it definitely wasn’t dull. He doesn’t just sit there with an acoustic guitar. Rocking in the free world had the crowd going for 15 minutes alone
I feel like this type of EDM went down well with the Hungarians. Boris Brejcha has sold out shows in Budapest every single year no matter how sh*tty the organisation is. And while Sziget can’t and shouldn’t build on this audience, lots of Hungarians will buy 30k day tickets to see him,Brutalismus 3000 etc. especially after the cancellation of Balaton Sound.
