In 18 festivals I don’t have many standout pyramid headliners.. I’m more often found at other stages at headliner time.    1. Dua Lipa 2024 - far and away my favourite set on the pyramid. From our front row catwalk spot it was an absolutely stunning pop set.   2. REM 2003   3. Blur 2009   4. Billie Eilish 2022 -  impressive lighting.. great energy.  I hope she comes back one day.  

If they can get someone else of note to headline, maybe it's time for The Levellers to take a backseat? Or would that alienate the festival's core fan base?

For the one in 2024, Luton was announced as host location in late January with first wave of names announced in March.   My assumption is it'll be on similar timelines. I'd also assume it'll be in a different part of the nation. But given 2023 was Scotland and 2022 was West Midlands, maybe somewhere else altogether again.   Be something if they gave it to Cornwall and finally gave acts a reason to go there.

Still got time for another 20 or so before the line-up comes out.
