I was wondering if it may be some of those juke box shows they promote. I saw Gregory Porter last year at Lincoln Castle, and it would have been vastly improved by being seated. Comedy last year was seated too. JayDiesel
All a bit beige this year isn't it? Long way from Boygenius, IDLES, War on Drugs of previous years. We're now steadfast at the 'mum-core' territory of... Olly Murs, The Script, and UB40? Add in Busted and Rag & Bone Man, it's hardly contemporary, finger on the pulse stuff

They're about the right size for this now I reckon. I presume the shows in Manchester and Leeds announced this morning rules them out. Tbf I'd have expected as such if they're having shows all the way from May to September. Are there still a few spots to fill as well? Difficult to gauge therefore whether they are working to a max number of events (e.g. subject to licence conditions), or as many slots during the time period that they can fill. NorthernSoul52
Will try and dig around to see if I can find out about license numbers. Vampire Weekend is a festival exclusive, it seems @charlierc - which might bode well for a warm-up date here. I would expect them over Kings of Leon, by any stretch.
