So, I saw this (see photo in post) and wondered what's the worst thing people on here have seen at Glastonbury?

I think that the worst I’ve seen was 2005 when the long drops at the bottom of Cockmill overflowed in the storm and anyone camped down hill of them had a river of sh*t and paper running through their tents

Toilets at the top of Dairy in 2011 on the Saturday morning.  Turds piled up about 2 feet over the seat in a cone shape, toilet roll sticking out hither and thither and a can of stella planted on top.  It was like the world's worst christmas tree.

A dead half burnt dog in a fire pit, in a security compound (if I remember correctly).

Two blood filled uncapped syringes stuffed inside an opal fruits packet in the middle of an otherwise empty field.

Both during the cleanup in the mid 90’s

Similar, but mine was Sunday night of 2009 in the Turdis Village at the back of Oxlyers near Other/Railway track.  Opened the door to be confronted by a mountain of sh*t a good 6 inches above the rim, with the imprint of someone's buttocks in the top.  Then hit by the smell.  How I didn't vomit I've no idea.

I mean, whoever saw that and thought "I can sit another one on top" before falling/sitting on a pile of other peoples sh*t surely must have immediately committed suicide.

Worst thing I've seen there was a man being carried/dragged on either side by friends (presumably to get help) - he had a bald head and had a hole in the side oozing blood. He was deathly pale and honestly looked pretty much dead. Wasn't pleasant. This was the last festival before the superfence was installed. I actually vowed never to go again after that year. Went last minute the following time and haven't missed one since!
