Second down? You could be right. Would they have them headlining the Big Top? Or even opening the main stage mid-afternoon? Second row down on the right looks like Sigrid to me, can't decipher anyone else though.
49Lawson
Will keep an eye on this, I always think it usually ends up with a fairly solid value for money line up for what it is. It'll be sods law that this year is the first year I could actually attend it and the line up will end up naff
49Lawson
Got a feeling that one in the middle of the second row could be Franz Ferdinand. Seems a small first word followed by a much longer second one.
NorthernSoul52
Franz Ferdinand would be a decent shout. Their UK shows as scheduled were pretty limited.

Gutted I can't get to that this year.
NorthernSoul52
I did it this year, weather turned absolutely foul at the back end. It is surprisingly undernourished compared to Slam Dunk on the other day, but you still get plenty on there.

I'd always assumed they added Live at Leeds to the weekend to squeeze out a bit more profit from the site without over-spending on big names. They know they have a market for that type of billing from years of doing the city event, so the brand has some pulling power. Also, this year they've added Kaiser's anniversary thing the following weekend... much more mainstream, but likely to sell relatively well. Plus some bigger more mainstream names for Millennium Square and Kirkstall, for those who don't like travelling outside of the city centre. NorthernSoul52
More undernourished in an attendance sense. Spoke with officials and they estimated less than half the size of the crowd at LaL next to SD.

NorthernSoul52
Yeah, it's got a nice bit of space to it.

I'd take a little guess of Idles top left, Pup below them left, Twin Atlantic middle second line. Live at Leeds is one of those where if it was much close I'd go but it's not strong enough for the distance which in itself easily costs the ticket again in cost. 49Lawson
Bloc Party would be a great headliner for me normally but I’ve already seen them do Silent Alarm in full in Newcastle a few years back. Looks a little bit sparce compared to the first announcement of last year for me, don’t remember them having a comedy stage previously either but I imagine one of the music stages has had to go in order to make room for it which is a shame
sheffinghell
Good start! Very much hoping Yard Act will be headlining the big tent. Decent comedy lineup too, but hoping the extra don't mean too much reduction in music stages.
