That wasn't on his own: Doja Cat was orignally gonna play too until she f**ked up her throat. In addition, various seats in 2022 got lowered from their on-sale price so that they would actually sell. Saw it myself at the show I attended. And this was coming right after the success of Blinding Lights. Since then, Abel had The Idol which messed with his brand, and we don't know yet how well the new album will do.  So I stand by what I said before. Why else would he include Carti on the tour.

Carti is a very expensive support

 

Will also bring a completely different vibe of fans (idiots) who will make it a bit strange i reckon. Not sure what weeknd/carti fans are like in the US but here the weeknd is probably someone a once a year concert person would watch while carti fans are just twats who want to jump around aka poor man's travis scott

Oh no I'd love to see them on the farm. They do consecutive days quite a lot on their tour, so not all hope lost just yet.

Guess it depends how easy it is to get from Madrid to Worthy Farm as much as anything else.

 

If it was Friday or Sunday in Spain, maybe that would've been easier to manage the logistics for.
