I believe they have reduced the number from previous years (there were certainly more in 2022) - a shame.

2022 was a massive outlier though wasn't it as they expanded to 4 days and had 5 stages for the 10th anniversary.

 

2019 had 20-25 a day, including BITS. This year has 17. I would argue the line up is one of the strongest theyve put together for the Porto leg, but also you can actually see more because now only two stages clash at a time whereas before they would have 3 way clashes. I mean for the first few years of the festival the first day was only two alternating stages so if you didn;t like what was on your choice was nothing lol.

Yeah that's my point. 2019 was better for me as I would rather have 20-25 acts to choose from than 17. I will accept more clashes if it means more choice.

 

I agree the first few years were worse but it doesn't change that they have more recently gone backwards (in terms of number of acts).
