Saturday has the best line-up of the year for my tastes

Saturday comfortably the best for me. 7 acts on it that I'd see, same as last year pretty much. The difference is this year the headliners are massively better overall and its a tossup between the acts as 24 had the superior special guest too. It beats 23 so comfortably though.

Would assume to boost ticket sales, probably the reason for the improved line up as well

Absolutely. Sales were rotten this year - and you don't want to say "I told you so", but it was pretty rough - so this should form some kind of corrective at the very least.

They sold very few tickets last year and even the year before. It was also very obvious on the stubhub prices as well. Even on the youtube livestreams, they never showed Doja Cat's crowd since it was similar to SZA's crowd in Glastonbury.

 

2022 was the only year after covid that got sold out. They wanted to not miss christmas/thanksgiving sales season and also offer a payment plan for general sale.

 

They played very safe this year with 4 headliners that could easily be a headliner before covid as well. This looks more of an european festival lineup compared to previous years.

The line up of DJs across a range of genres (with the exception of DnB) is really strong. Hoping Kraftwerk hit a load of Euro fests this summer too.
