Best Big Stage Headliner  This award goes to any headliner of the Pyramid, Other, West Holts, Park, Woodsies or Acoustic stage

 

Best Glasto Debutant - This award goes to any act making their first Glastonbury appearance (if people get this wrong lets not police this to heavily guys!!!! please its X-mas)

 

Best Late Night Act - This award goes to any act that performed after the traditional headliner slots had finished

 

Best Small(ish) Stage Performance - This award goes to any act that played on stage other than (Pyramid, Other, West Holts, Park, Woodsies or Acoustic stage)

 

Best Returning Veteran -  Any act that had been around for more than 20 years who played this year

 

Rising Star Award - Any act that from this year you think will rise up the line up in years to come

 

Best Album - Best album released this year by an act that played the festival

 

Best Individual Song - One song from a set at this years festival that was absolutely - well just brill!  

 

Honourable Mention - This award goes to any other artist who played this year you thought was great but could not shoe-horn into the other catagories

Best Album - And again - Barry's When Will We Land has had so much airtime this year

 

Best Individual Song - "Lets Go Girls!" Shania Twain - Man I feel like a woman  - A classic legend slot for me 

 

Honourable Mention - Jessie Ware was my "I guess I'll go see them" when none of the other acts took my fancy and I had the absolute best time with my friend who convinced me it was a good idea

I'm sure I'm not alone in having gone big on Soft Play's latest record since this performance.  It was one of the stand out gigs of the year for me, the album likewise and this song really landed for me live as the high point of a great gig.  I think they made a lot of new fans that day.

Best Big Stage Headliner  Gotta go Coldplay - not my favourite of the lot but objectively smashed it the hardest. Felt like a proper Glastonbury headliner

 

Best Glasto Debutant - Avril Lavigne - obvious shout but to pull a crowd that massive (while dangerous and claustrophobic) created a pretty incredible atmosphere. Think she played brilliantly.

 

Best Late Night Act - Bob Vylan at the Peace Stage - wish they were also on a main stage/play WH or Woodsies  next year. Unreal set to finish the weekend, was absolutely wired afterwards

 

Best Small(ish) Stage Performance - Frank Turner playing the album Love, Ire & Song in full at Greenpeace was a real moment

 

Best Returning Veteran -  The National - very easily could've been the best big stage headliner, incredible outro to About Today to wind down. Perfect setlist spanning across their career

 

Rising Star Award - Kneecap - bound for a bigger slot next year, what a band

 

Best Album - Prelude to Ecstasy by TLDP, followed closely by Small Changes by Kiwanuka. Not bad getting to see them one after the other this year.

 

Best Individual Song - LCD Soundsystem - All My Friends. That set was the best of the weekend and it's not close for me. Simply phenomenal

 

Honourable Mention - Confidence Man. Proper 10/10 party, incredible crowd

Absolutely.  I was really really looking forward to it and and it outdid every expectation I had. SO happy for them to come back with such momentum
