I wore shorts, t-shirts, wellies and a pacamac all weekend - surprisingly shorts are loads better than jeans / combats as your legs dry quicker so I got the chance to dry off between downpours! Think the cider number the cold too

Tip for this year - found that my poor lips suffered last year (probably due to the weather/drinking) so first thing in my bag this year will be lip salve or vasseline! Just a little thing but will make it all the more pleasant!

Thankfully I have use of a friend who takes a bag everywhere she goes. Just dump everything on her, and jump around the field like a freak all day without a care in the world! Genius.

I don't get changed 3 times for the whole weekend, I have the same outfit on but variations of it dependant on weather, ha ha and I sleep in it, low maintenance and slightly smelly

Hunter wellies are the only way to go, these nice funky one's are all well and good but it is rainy and mild your legs sweat on cheap wellies and they kill, you usually have to have very skinny legs as well, some of them are an awful fit, Hunters are good, keep you cool in heat and warm your toes up nicely in the chill
