theleedslads
Right boys and girls, i bought one of those cheap pop up tents and went to the furthest point in Scotland over the easter weekend, JOHN O GROATS, athen camped at Ben nevis, Loch ness, etc. The weather was crap! windy and rainy, but the pop up tents worked a treat! No hassle putting up and taking down, and they certainly didnt let water in! Highly recommended!!!!!!!

SharonStoned
Wey hey Let's keep the pop up tent threads alive !!! Godsend these things. Took 30 seconds to pack away my tent in the pouring rain. No dismantling, rolling, stuffing in too small a bag. Bit cumbersome to carry but well worth it. Love it dearly, was my best Glasto purchase & plan to have many a happy festies in it !!
Superfly1967
Is there any difference between the Eurohike Flash Pop Up Tent and the Quechua 2 Seconds Tent? They look exactly the same to me! I expect they are made by the same people and branded according to who sells them. I think I'm going to get a Eurohike one as there is no Decathlon store within 100 miles of me! Superfly1967
Using that term loosely? What festival are you buying it for?
HorseboX
don't forget they don't pop down like they pop up... more of a foldy foldy twist AHHH $^W£^££$ B"ESTAR£"D kind way... but once you get used to it it's ok.
Superfly1967
Well, I've been and got my new tent - Eurohike Flash Pop-Up (2 persons) in Rust Red. Very nice! Took me 3 seconds to put up and only about 3 mins to work out how to fold-it-up again! The real test will be to see how it fares at the festival though. Bring it on! HurrahBrother
Well, my 2 seconds air proved a fine tent for Glastonbury. It suffered damage however, thanks to gormless bastards who try to walk through tents rather than round them. 'scuse the outburst, but it needed to be said I also lost one tent at Glastonbury that I loaned out to a mate thanks to idiots with those wax flares! Its no bloody hard, open your flipping eyes, watch where your going, ensure you have firm footing! Crusifictions, it's too good for some people! SharonStoned
Thanks, normally only go to Glastonbury myself, but as I mentioned before with the rain and all that. Was tempted by Bestival, but it had sold out by the time I got around to it! Have fun in the sun!
