I dont know what fireworks is...

Im not gonna explain anymore that it hasnt been edited at all, if you dont believe me then fine, but find a photo editing expert and they will tell you it has not been touched. I just dont know how to that kind of stuff, simple as that.

I think people are missing the point. We all know it can be technically faked by anyone who can use photoshop, by why bother to show a photo from two years ago on a festival forum.

If I was going to do a hoax I would go for something a lot more ghostly and not just a boy, obviously in waterproof clothes on a wet day, and send it to the national press, or at least Fortean Times and not after two years and make a bit of money.

So... Thanks themuel for your pic (still fascinating)... it's been loads of fun and opened a lively debate

Lol thanks. Yeh if I was trying to pull a scam I'm pretty stupid because there isn't any money to be made! No problem glad you have found it interesting, as I have!

Sorry to repeat what everyone else has said, but I'm finding that photo very un-nerving. I almost expected to find that the photo was me (except I'm about 30 years older )

You seem very relaxed about it themule.

i think he is doing a star jump, thats why you cant see his legs

I think that they both lay down in the mud somewhere, and when they stood up, they were completely unaware that they had unwittingly adhered a small boy to their backs with sticky Glasto mud.

It happens all the time, you know.

Really.

is it just me or does the guys' chest area not look a bit odd? like there are the arms of a small child clinging around it, under that bin liner-cum-anorak ensemble?

or even the dude's arms are actually the kid's arms poking through and his own are hidden under the jacket, just like that hilarious game you used to play as a kid, miming other people's actions for them...

just a thought, and it would take clever positioning for him to get his legs up and on to the guy's back/bum and hold on like that.

I think Darren would've noticed if a child suddenly started using him as a climbing frame... ;)
