I'm game for any dressing up as Lauz will testify, as long as I have enough notice to raid the local costume shop/charity shop/fabric warehouse/municipal dump.

Quite like the superheroes idea, but we'd have to make up our own heroes and not just go as Spiderman/Superman/Wonderwoman et all.
