agreed.....doesn't mean everyone has to agree with the decision though

At the end of the day, everyone is entitled to their opinion and just because its not the same as yours doesn't mean its not right

Coming onto a forum for no other reason (imo) than to argue with another member is pointless

It was not my intention to come on here to argue with other members, I like you expressed an opinion - we disagree, which is kind of what keeps life interesting, all I am saying is that they are booked and that is not going to change, and like I have said before we should just look forward to it as after all everyone has agreed it is a great event.

the very laid back atmosphere is probably the best i've experienced so far at a festival and I love the layout of the main stage as the kids can run about freely and still be seen at all times if you sit on the tiered grassy bit at the back, the kids activities are great and the campsite is never too crowded, the toilets are well maintained, the lack of neds and last but not least the chance to catch some good music along the way :D

All in all Bella has been a great experience......we also went to Beautiful Days in Devon last year which had a very similar vibe!

Oh and how did you know my 6 year old was a girl? :D

I'm hoping that we see one or more of the following acts on the list when it comes out in a couple of weeks time, but saying that I'm pretty happy just to be returning this year:

The Divine Comedy

The Waterboys

Shed Seven

Broken Records

& another batch of up and coming new acts like in 2007

Over the last four years I have looked forward to only two of the headliners (James and the Proclaimers btw) on the other years I have still enjoyed my self thoroughly. Belladrum is more than the headliners, it's about the people and the vibe. HOWEVER if this forum is indicative of the vibe this year (feb by the negativity towards SFG) I worry how this may change.

I understand that SFG is not everybody's cup of tea and that their positioning as a headliner is er contentious, but please can we not get over it?
