Uh-oh, not only am I back with the JW, but there's a lad who I had two dates with three years ago on my journo course sniffing around again. He started emailing me on facebook and when he asked if I go out in (a certain city) much I kinda started thinking, 'here we go...', then last night he asked if we should go out again sometime. I think those two dates back in 2006 might have been just two dates partly due to my own making - I was kinda liking someone else at the time and think I might have showed that during the second date. That someone else is now married so... Should I give him another try or what..?

I've been continuing my mission to get over my ex and remove her entirely from my thoughts; went out the other night and got completely shitfaced, pulled this girl, went back to her place with her and her friends and promptly forgot her name leading to the ol' cold shoulder and eventual nothingness. I am a stupid drunk it would appear!

Also removed the ex from my facebook as silly as that sounds - one of the downsides of social networking is the remnants of contact that can still be left even though the other person is abroad permanently and you want all comms severed so I just went ahead and did it. Might be seen as a little bitter but I really can't see us being friends, especially when I have no reason to or likelihood of seeing her.
