Here's another bit of shit news though! I bit the bullet and sent a piccy of myself to this intrnet dating site woman, clearly stating that I don't take a great picture but I look better in real life.

Now, considering this woman was hassling me with messages starting with her calling me 'hun' and 'babe (which I must admit annoyed the shit out of me, she didn't know me to call me that!) and that in her profile she was looking for friends and chats only I didn't think it would make too much of a difference. How wrong was I! I haven't heard a bloody thing, not even a thanks but no thanks!

Why can't people show some manners and common decency It's good to see that she bases friendships on how good looking the person is, how shallow can you get!

I know people on here refer to each other affectionally (most of the time!) but this is a community of people with similar tastes and passons about festivals and music and therefore is totally acceptable (in my book anyway!).

I'm actually quite surprised Lois let me touch her. My friends keep doing this 'wingman' thing, where they tell the girl I'm hitting on that I gave them one of my kidneys in order to save their life. The problem was that two of them did this in quick succession last night, which apparently left me with no kidneys. Wish I could remember how I got out of that one!

It's my friend's birthday this weekend so we're all going out for a meal on Saturday (the girls) and I'm working on Sunday. I won't get to see Mr Cheese

Next weekend (valentines weekend for those who care and have forgotten) I'm babysitting my cousin because my aunty and uncle are going to some dinner dance. I won't get to see Mr Cheese

Although I will miss him terribly, what I really love is that none of this is a problem to him (apart from him missing me too). I know I keep banging on about it but I really like that he doesn't expect my life to change now that I'm with him meaning that I would be constantly by his side growing more and more bored of him each and every day because we never do anything.

I also don't mean to be rude but this is the singles thread after all, that thing that I've been told in the past I am rubbish at.....if anyone remembers. Well, apparently it aint the case, not as far as he's concerned anyway

We had a great night last night, we went out for a lovely meal and then watched a program about Dubai to get us all excited for our holiday

Anyone else (besides Rabid and Greenfairy) sickeningly happy at the moment? Whether single or not?
