So she fancied him then, but since then she no longer does enough to start a relationship. could be that she has now got to know him more and changed her mind accordingly.

who knows! Tbh even if he actually asked her what the issue was, Im not sure she'd actually tell him the truth (possibly not to hurt his feelings).

No one, whatever they say wants a doormat. I used to be nice in my youth, blundering under the crazy notion that what people (OK girls) wanted was a fella to be nice to them. Balls! I ended up loosing my virginity at 27 to a girl who looked like Les Dawson. After my first proper relationship went tits up (in which I had been f**king LOVELY.. she left in a I wanna be friends kinda way in the end after nearly five years. Ouch! :P ) I decided not to give a shit, seeing as trying as hard as you can didn't stop them leaving you either. And you know, I quickly discovered that girls DON'T actually want a doormat, and are far more likely to gobble your chopper if you get all Clarkson on their arse!

So, by me saying that only dominant females need apply I was in fact giving the suggestion that I am above the laws of attraction. Conceit is a fine literary device. As modelled by all the greats.

After all. sex it what it's all about. Anything else is simply pointless posturing. Like the bird of paradise doing his little dance.

Surely we can evolve beyond this and just bang each and everyone of other within an inch of our lives without resorting to mating tactics still employed by lesser species. Plus it's a pain in the arse. You should see the shite some of my friends have to put up with from their Missuses in order to get some sweet loving!

A mate of mine come out with us last night. That cost him a bunch of flowers sent to her work! Another was just discussing his weekend. ""I was looking forward to having a relax, but she has some jobs for me now, apparently."

Maybe this is why I'm single (AKA f**king clever!), but the phrase that came two me, in each example, was "f**k that for a game of soldiers."

Can we not get past all this insincerity, blackmail and control and just get it on? :blink:
