i've met a boy i really like.. well actually i met him a year ago, and we met up again this weekend...got on amazingly well considering all we had to go off was a drunken chat a year ago...

only problem is he lives 4 hours away

anyone got any experience (good or bad) of long distance?

Long distance is doable speaking from experience. Greenfairy used to be 6 hours (officially ) away and we managed with lengthy phone calls every day, visits as frequently as possible and of course these days there's web cams.

f**king weird night. Met my ex-girlfiend of four years boyfriend's (my best mate for eaight years) ex-girlfriend for a drink. Could start stirring shit up but reckon it's better if i just walk away. Although the girl i met tonigt was actually exactly as i remmeber (we were mates before they started going out).

And found out today that the ex has had her mortgage application accepted so i'm gonna have to move out.

Why do people have to be so disingenuous? When I ask female friends why I scare women off or get rejected they all say, "But you're lovely".
