Mind the time zone is only what -4, or -5, so I don't think it's that bad. And i always find jet lag is worsre going east to west, rather than west to east if that makes sense.

Most people find it's worse going west to east, unless it's a red-eye flight, because of circadian body clocks and all that jazz. Easier to stay up late than wake up early.

well I have to say I'm actually quite upset the 1 year old has shunned me. In pulling her I lost my f**k buddy, and now I've lost her too I have no girl who likes me at all. And the other girl I thought might be f**kable has got herself pregnant, so she's no good. I'm alone for a while.
