I wouldn't recommend it, some of the official sites still have tickets don't they?

Looks like it might be a scam site to get credit card details though the ordering page does at a glance seem to be secure, its a tout site at the least anyhow.

At the top of the main page it also says this:

"Welcome to the web's premier V Festival V2008 Ticket Site where official tickets for this year's festival are never sold out!"

do they have an unlimited supply? another rediculous claim to go with an 100 guarantee?

I would advise to stay clear of Vfestival.net or .org. Why?

I registered on real Vfest site for alerts left my mobile number and name

On 6th march I got 4 tickets from Ticketmaster.

Later that day I got a voicemail from vfestival.net that said my credit card had been declined for 2 tickets and could I call a mobile or go to Vfestival.net and re-order. Checked with Ticketmaster who said all was ok

This week I got a call from Vfestival.net saying the same card decline thing. When I asked to confirm the number of tickets they sadi 2 which was wrong and when I asked for last 4 digits of credit card she said to hold the line and it went dead.

I can imagine some poor soul panicing and giving them a card number and never seeing any tickets.

Either buy from proper sites as advertised, last year more were issued in May, or try scarletmist.com fan exchange- No profit allowed.If you are ready to pay over the odds use a decent exchange site but they charge a hefty fee and the seller can sell for what they like. but it works. It too is fan to fan but making money from it

Stay clear!!! my mum didnt think to ask me and googled V festival 2009 and got that site, booked the tickets and it werent till today i asked where she got them and she sent me a copy of her confirmation.....no contact number and the website address is now broken! they are also mentione on the watchdog website as bot to use! got through see tickets stargreen or ticketmaster I know my mum will!!!!
