Registration/postcode still doesn't 'exist'

I've got tickets but my friend is still getting the message saying

'None of the Registration Numbers / Postcodes you have entered exist in our database. Please check them and try again'

We've done all sorts of combinations and double checked again and again and it is STILL not working.

Any ideas?

hey mate - cheers for the offer.

I need to speak to someone - we already have 3 tickets and my mate can't get one bacause of the postcode/reg number thing and we need to find out why!

Try the ssetickets customer line to check postcode/reg - 08701432203

THIS WORKED FOR ME!

I had this same problem and just phoned up See with both my reference from the confirmation email and registration number (and having checked the deposit did originally leave my account) and they sorted it for me in two minutes. Although ask if you can pay the balance over the phone because they gave me a new reg which worked on their system but still didn't work for me on the website.
