Camp Funk2008-----------Kidney Mead-----join THE Party !

I'm on the list to camp in the red triangle but think Camp Funk could be the place to be just after sunrise on sat am. I'm arriving mon am & hope to meet people on the tue, camp early wed in Pennards, but Camp Funk 1 night is a must for anyone?

anyway..... anyone on the list got a spare 2 man tent..... for firewood storage?

I'd be glad to bring a spare tent for firewood, but now my sister and her fella are coming and she wants to camp in Pennards cos it's quieter. We're doing the London to Brighton bike ride together on Sunday and I'll do my best to persuade her Kidney Mead is the place to be, but I think it's gonna be tough cos she loves the Green Fields and Sacred Space and wants an easy walk home from there after sunrise.

Right have now got the Gazebo but it is looking unlikely we'll be able to bring another one as some of my friends are going a bit mad with the amount of stuff their bringing, my lounge is begining to resemble a tip. Do you need me to get any fire wood etc. Or anything else you can think of? Mr Funk I feel its time to deligate!

We've also ordered a gazebo from Joe Bananas to pick up when we get there if there's any use. Got to be honest, I wasn't sure about the gazebo but it was an absolute godsend last year when the rain got up.

Will have an excellent time with matey and her bf but can sometimes be a bit of a 'spare part' scenario with a loved up couple so would be great to camp with a big bunch of lovely, friendly glasto peeps. The more the merrier! We've got a huuuuge 6 manner too with a big sitting area so anyone welcome in our des res!

excellent, I'm well made up.

I was going to post this morning and say mardy + 2, but found out today that 2 more are coming,. so they'll be me + 4 others.

We're flying over from Russia for this, so will be well stocked with mind curling vodka and nasty cheap fags for all ;-)
