  1. First time back at Leeds festival in a decade for the day yesterday, crowd definitely felt the youngest I've been in for a while. Definitely agree with the large amounts of groups trying to shove through packed crowds. Curious how big the crowd was for Fred Again, he seems like he'd be massive but the amount of people leaving the arena after Lana was insane.
  2. No particular order but top three for me were: ADG7 - stumbled across them early on Friday playing apparently traditional Korean music, and were an absolute blast. Recommend watching they're set back on iPlayer. CMAT - One of our must sees and she nailed it. Such a great performer and got the crowd involved so well. Lizzo - just love her energy, her voice, and her tunes. Pure feel good from start to finish. Also loved Foos and Elton but the crowds were a bit too big for me. Was also loving Lana until she got cut off.

    Headliners 2023

AM - 10% seen them a handful of times, very mixed bag live. Can't imagine anything from their last 2 albums improving things for me. GnR - 0% seen them be shite and late twice, absolutely no appeal to repeat that and my GF can't stand them. Plus Slash was way better solo. Elton - 100% lot of nostalgia and heard he puts on a show. Would have to be something extremely special to draw me away. Would have preferred a newer band get a boost than two who peaked over 3 decades ago, but I usually only see one so not too fussed.
  4. There doesn't seem to be any plan or structure for how to attack, and teams know that so they can put pressure on without worrying.
  5. Sounds like the problems started well before people got anywhere near the turnstiles. Plus it seems plenty of legit tickets weren't being recognised. The organisation just sounds a total shambles.
  6. The owners are responsible for running the club, and if they want all the decisions to rest on the manager then it up to them. City and Liverpool are doing so well because they have a great structure around the managers, and allow them to focus on coaching their team.
  7. Madrid will surely be getting Mbappe, who plays in the same position as Salah. Absolutely no chance Barca can afford him or his wages. Bayern might be a possibility though.
  8. Both teams could win every game now, but this is a smaller City squad than previously nd fatigue could set in. Think it will go down to the wire and heart is telling me Liverpool could nick it.
  9. The trains between Sheffield and Manchester are constantly rammed, will be an absolute nightmare that weekend.
