Super Furry Animals have been added to the line-up for the dual V Festival, which takes place at both Hylands Park, Chelmsford, Essex, and Weston Park, Staffordshire over the weekend of 16th/17th August.
Other new names - all for the in the JJB arena - are Moloko, who bring it back for the third time, as well as the scandalous Mis-Teeq, grammy winners Dirty Vegas, Slovo and Big Brovaz.
Confirmed bands include headliners Red Hot Chili Peppers and Coldplay, as well as Foo Fighters, David Gray, PJ Harvey, Queens Of The Stone Age, Ash, Underworld, Feeder, Morcheeba, The Hives, The Roots and more, with yet still more to be added over the coming weeks. Tickets are priced at £42.50 for either day, or £75 for both days (with NO camping, £90 for both days WITH camping. Campervans cost £30. Camping tickets for Chelmsford are sold out. All ticket types are still available for Weston Park, Staffordshire, and day and weekend (without camping) are still available for Hylands Park, Chelmsford.
NOTE: Campervans - Customers purchasing a camper van pass must already have a weekend and camping ticket. There is a maximum of 4 people allowed into each camper van, all of whom need to have a weekend and camping ticket.
