Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist John Frusciante has been a busy man in some time off from the band, writing and recording six solo albums.
He has told Billboard.com (here) that he has his only solo show planned as an acoustic set at April's All Tomorrow's Parties (Weekend Two) event, to be held at the Pontins holiday camp at Camber Sands, nr Rye, East Sussex from Friday 22 April until Sunday 24 April 2005.
The event is being curated by actor/director Vincent Gallo, a friend of Frusciante's, who is selecting the whole line-up, which will include live acts and DJs. John Frusciante is not yet confirmed, as no line-up details have been announced as yet.
Tickets are on sale, sold per chalet - they work out at £120 per person. Chalets are available to be booked for four, five, six, seven or eight persons, and the bookings include 3 nights accommodation in a private chalet, which comes with bedding, bathroom, a kitchen, and a lounge with a colour TV.
