Organisers of Hi:Fi North have been forced to merge two stages after high winds damaged equipment earlier in the week. The equipment has been safely removed from the site but it has lead to a few changes in the line up.
The event is set to go ahead as normal but You Say Party! We Say Die!, Sound Explosion, The Envelopes, The Marshalls, The Motorettes and Stone Free will no longer appear on the bill.
Hi:Fi North takes place for one day and night on Saturday 27th May at the Matfen Estate near Newcastle, and features Ian Brown, Editors, Dirty Pretty Things, Brakes, Maximo Park, ¡Forward, Russia!, plus the world's best DJs including Paul Oakenfold, Sasha, Erick Morillo, 2 Many DJs, and loads more - click here for full line-up details.
Tickets are still available priced at £52.50, and can be purchased on the door.
