loads more for Electric Gardens

The Electric Gardens festival, back for its second year at Mount Ephraim Gardens, near Canterbury, Kent from Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th of August has announced more acts.

Newly confirmed for the main and 2nd stages are The Maccabees, Kate Nash, The Noisettes, Foals, The Teenagers, Hot Club De Paris, Laura Marlin, Ox.Eagle.Lion.Man, Peggy Sue & The Pirates.

PLaying on the Myspace stage are Good Books, Underground Heroes, Lupen Crook, Devils Gun, Beans On Toast, Sparrows, Nic Dawson Kelly, Chineapples, Gillan Edgar, Rosemary, Tom Allalone & The Great Expectations, Maker, The Long Weekend, Thom Stone, Our Name is Legion, Letters From London, Dockers MC.

They join the previously confirmed acts of headliners Supergrass and Happy Mondays, plus Calvin Harris, The Rakes, and more - click here for all the details.

There's still the Club Class Dance Tent announcements to come, which should be made next week.

Tickets are on sale, priced at £75 for the weekend with camping, £70 without camping, Saturday is £37.50, Sunday is £40, and campervans cost £25 - click here to buy.

The gates open at midday on both days, with the event closing at 10:30pm on the Saturday and 9:30pm on the Sunday. Camping is available from 10am the Saturday with the campsite closing at 10am Monday morning.
