Amy MacDonald has been added to the line-up for this year's Connect Festival, which is taking place at Inveraray Castle, Loch Fyne, Argyll from Friday 31st August to Sunday 2nd September.

The young Scottish singer/songwriter's debut album 'This Is The Life' made its debut at number 2 in the official UK album charts. She has been added to the Oyster Stage on the Friday of Connect, and is expected to open the festival. Click here to read a recent interview with Amy for our sister site eGigs.
