For the last couple of weeks eFestivals has been tipping Kiss and Lostprophets as possible Download headliners. We can now provide more detail of how we are led to believe the line-up will look when it is announced for festival goers attending this year's Download festival held over the weekend of Friday 13th to Sunday 15th June 2008 at Donington Park, Leicestershire.
Friday we think American face paint rockers Kiss will be headlining the main stage, with Brummy-metallers Judas Priest likely to be playing before them. Taking the main stage headliner slot on the Saturday we predict another American act, California's The Offspring. Sunday we believe punk/emo rockers Fall Out Boy will be playing before our tip for the night's headliner, Welsh rockers Lostprophets.
Kiss Online the official Kiss fansite (here) reported, "Last night, Paul Stanley confirmed that KISS will tour Europe and Scandinavia this May and June. The band will play arena and stadium shows." Shows eFestivals believes these shows will include Download.
Tickets are not yet on sale, they will be available when the first acts are announced sometime in the next few weeks.
