Macy Gray, Cold War Kids, Mystery Jets, for Summer Sundae Weekender

Summer Sundae Weekender have announced more acts for 2008 who will be playing at De Montfort Hall and Gardens, Leicester from Friday 8th to Sunday 10th August.

The soulful Macy Gray will headline Saturday, Canada's Cold War Kids, indie-poppers Mystery Jets, experimental Efterklang, 19 year old Scandinavian Lykke Li, heartfelt folksinger El Perro Del Mar, Brighton's Gary Go, Birmingham's ska infused Envy And Other Sins, Leicester's own Jersey Budd and ethereal electronica act Kyte.

They are the latest additions to an eclectic bill of acts so far confirmed who include headliners Supergrass, and The Coral – Acoustic Set, with support acts including Simian Mobile Disco - Live, Roisin Murphy, Whitest Boy Alive, John Power, Agnostic Mountain Gospel Choir, The Heavy, Lightspeed Champion, Reverend And The Makers, Henry Rollins, José González, Joan As Police Woman, Howling Bells, Dodgy, Tom Baxter, King Creosote, Of Montreal, Nina Nastasia, Jeffrey Lewis, Rachel Unthank, Dengue Fever, The Count & Sinden, Dirty Projectors, James Yorkston & The Athletes, Royworld, and more. Day tickets are now available priced at £40 for Saturday and Sunday and £35 for Friday. Weekend tickets are on sale, and the prices are as follows:-
