Latitude Festival which takes place at Henham Park Estate in Suffolk over the long weekend of Thursday 17th to Sunday 20th July has completely sold out of weekend tickets with six weeks still to go until the festival.

With a plethora of acts headlined by Franz Ferdinand, Sigur Ros, and Interpol with other acts like Julian Cope, Martha wainwright, British Sea Power, Blondie, Death Cab For Cutie, Seasick Steve, Crystal Castles, Elbow, The Breeders, Amadou And Mariam, and M.I.A, the festival has obviously attracted the punters this year. For the line-up details as available please click here.

Latitude is much more than a music festival. This year's Latitude has the involvement of BAFTA in the Film and Music Arena; a comedy line-up including Omid Djalili, Ross Noble, Frankie Boyle, Rich Hall and Simon Amstell in the Comedy Arena.

The Literary Arena is packed full of top authors including Simon Armitage, Hanif Kureishi and Iain Banks as well as Latitude favourites Vox ‘N’ Roll, WordTheatre and Marcus Brigstocke's The Early Edition.

The National Theatre, The Hammersmith Lyric, Royal Court Theatre, RSC, Paines Plough, nabokov and The Bush all bring new shows to the Theatre Arena. Plus poets Adrian Mitchell, John Hegley and Carol Ann Duffy are all confirmed for the Poetry Arena hosted by Luke Wright.

Also at the festival for the first time is Sadler's Wells Theatre who will be presenting Wayne McGregor/Random Dance, Gauri Sharma Tripathi and Boy Blue Entertainment on a specially designed stage at sunset on the lake at Latitude. Also appearing there will be The Irrepressibles with their orchestral brilliance.

Weekend tickets were priced at £130 and have all gone. There are still a few Friday, Saturday or Sunday day tickets available priced at £55. Lockers are available for £15 with built in mobile charging facilities using car cigarette lighter fittings.

This year there will be a dedicated family campsite, for families with children under 13 (who can attend for FREE) within the public camping area and also a family campervan area within family camping.
