Great Escape adds The Maccabees, White Denim, School Of Seven Bells

plus a host of new names for the Brighton festival

The Maccabees, White Denim, School Of Seven Bells, and many more have been added to the bill for this year's The Great Escape.

Further additions to the line-up include Chairlift, The Mae Shi, Abe Vigoda, Dm Stith, Fan Death, Heartbreak, Magic Magic, We Were Promised Jetpacks, The XX, and Casiokids.

The list of acts confirmed today also has Ulterior, Rainbow Arabia, Harrys Gym, Three Trapped Tigers, The Week That Was, Skint & Demoralised, Trailer Trash Tracys, Rodney Fisher, Futurecop!, Ou Est Le Swimming Pool, Moriarty, Heartless Bastards, Connan Mockasin, Marina And The Diamonds, Meme Love, Miranda Lee Richards, and The Brute Chorus.

A number of acts are confirmed for the mammoth line-up, including Kasabian as headliners, Lightspeed Champion, Little Boots, Black Lips, Metronomy, Kissy Sell Out, Future Of The Left, The Big Pink, Passion Pit, Micachu And The Shapes, It Hugs Back, Esser, VV Brown, Ben Kweller, Dananananaykroyd, Let's Wrestle, The Chapman Family, Your Twenties, Golden Silvers, and Bell X1. With many more acts to be announced this is just some of the hundreds of international and UK pop, cutting edge, hip hop, electronic, and rock acts showcased at venues all over Brighton from Thursday 14th until Saturday 16th May.

Early bird tickets are on sale priced at £39.50 for another two weeks until Friday 13th March when the deal ends. The ticket entitles entry to all gig venues over the 3 days for over 18s only. Click here to buy.
