eFestivals is pleased to exclusively reveal that the most important confirmation of the Glastonbury Festival has been made, Bodger & Badger have confirmed that they will be making an appearance.
The field is packed with a massive range of entertainments for children to enjoy and activities for them to partake in - and covering all age ranges. There'll be a line-up of entertainers, theatre, songs, puppetry, fun, and all the usual activities like face painting, crafts, play, relaxation, and more. And it is all completely free.
This year will feature a lot of music workshops, and a lot of instrument giveaways - the instruments will be all sorts. And there'll even be a few stars dropping in to give the Kidz a master classes on those instruments.

The Kidz Field is open from 9am to 7pm each day with three acres of fun and continuous entertainment. It provides a safe environment where families can relax and enjoy themselves together. Please note however that there are no crèche facilities in the field and parents are expected to take responsibility for their kids. Exits from the field are all staffed, and with a CCTV system and Strawberry Fair stewards they are also kept safe.
No matter how old you are make sure you visit the Kids field at the festival as there's fun to be had there for all ages.
The line-up for this year has been confirmed and includes Neil Young as Friday headliner, Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band as Saturday night headliner, and Blur as Sunday headliner,The Specials, Lily Allen, Fleet Foxes, Kasabian, Crosby Stills and Nash, Dizzee Rascal, Spinal Tap, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, Madness, Bloc Party, The Ting Tings, Lady GaGa, White Lies, Franz Ferdinand, Pendulum, Maximo Park, Paolo Nutini, Peter Doherty, The Prodigy, Glasvegas, Bon Iver, Bat For Lashes, Q-Tip, and many more.

This year's Glastonbury Festival runs throughout the five full days from Wednesday 24th until Sunday 28th June 2009 at Worthy Farm, Somerset.
A full weekend ticket is priced at £175 (plus a booking fee of £5), and you must have a registration number to be able to purchase them.

The ticket price includes includes a FREE programme, a useful cloth bag, and small around the neck guide. Car parking tickets can be bought at the same time and are priced at £10 per vehicle, and campervan tickets are priced at £65 per van.
