Twin Atlantic, Aberfeldy, Howling Bells, and Rachel Unthank are amongst the latest acts confirmed for next month's Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival has been announced.

Scotland's own Twin Atlantic, and Aberfeldy, are joined by Howling Bells, Rachel Unthank performing with The Unthanks, Jonathan Jeremiah, The Ballachulish Hellhounds, Shutter, and Grousebeater Sound System.

The Thursday night 'Craic it open Ceilidh' will feature sets from The Storm Chasers, and Rhythm & Reel.

Also on Thursday is a special fringe event 'Bella on a Boat' featuring Pearl and the Puppets. Tickets for this special show on the Royal Scot cruiser sailing down Loch Ness are priced at £10 or £15 with coach travel. To buy tickets, click here.

These latest acts join a line-up that's headlined by Editors, and Ocean Colour Scene, plus a raft of other acts including Glenn Tilbrook & the Fluffers, The Saw Doctors, Shed Seven, British Sea Power, Seth Lakeman, Alabama 3 (acoustic & unplugged), Transglobal Underground, Sons and Daughters, Peatbog Faeries, Lau, Toploader, Dananananaykroyd, The Treacherous Orchestra, Tommy Reilly, DeVotchka, The Phantom Band, 3 Daft Monkeys, Edward II, The Wallbirds, Kid Carpet, Sam Isaac, The Lost Brothers, Scooty And The Skyhooks, and more.

Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival will take place at Belladrum Estate, by Beauly, Inverness-shire on Friday 7th and Saturday 8th August 2009.

Weekend tickets are priced at £80 with adult Saturday tickets priced at £50 (plus postage and booking fees) and children 12 and under can attend for free.
