The twin-sited V Festival takes place at Hylands Park, Chelmsford, Essex and Weston Park, Staffordshire on Saturday 21st and 22nd August 2010 this year.

Kings of Leon will headline Chelmsford on the Saturday and Stafford on the Sunday, and Kasabian will headline Staffordshire on the Saturday, and Chelmsford on the Sunday. Also confirmed as playing are Stereophonics, Faithless, The Prodigy, David Guetta, The Kooks, Paul Weller, Paolo Nutini, Florence And The Machine, Pet Shop Boys, Cheryl Cole, Madness, Editors, White Lies, Mika, Groove Armada, The Courteeners, The Charlatans, The Temper Trap, Amy Macdonald, Goldfrapp, Shed Seven, Newton Faulkner, La Roux, Skunk Anansie, Passion Pit, Ellie Goulding, Paloma Faith, Plan B, Sugababes, and Pixie Lott. More acts will be announced over the coming weeks.

To see which acts play at which site on which day, click for Hylands Park, Chelmsford or Weston Park, Staffordshire.

Festival organisers are advising fans to purchase them quickly to avoid disappointment, but only from official outlets. Do not purchase tickets from unofficial or secondary ticket outlets or auction sites as they often are unable to supply the tickets, and might not even give you a refund - there's lots of dodgy operators out there!
