As part of the forestry commission's Forest Tour, The View have announced a special woodland gig in Delamere Forest, in Cheshire.

The show is the third and final concert to be to be staged in Delamere Forest, Cheshire as part of the Forestry Commission Live Music 2010 where a wide range of acts perform in spectacular woodland settings around the country.

Currently working on their third album, their previous two, 'Which Bitch?' and No 1 debut 'Hats Off To The Buskers' have established the act as one of the most exciting and on-the-edge bands of recent years with singles like 'Superstar Tradesman', '5 Rebbeccas', 'Wasted Little DJ's' and 'Same Jeans'.

The View plus support will be performing at Delamere Forest, Delamere, Cheshire on Sunday 4th July. Tickets will be priced at £25, and will be available from 9.00am on Thursday 29th April, and eFestivals will have links for you to buy them then.

The Forestry Commission is committed to taking woodlands to new audiences, and making them relevant to people in new ways. The forest tour is self-sustaining, paying for itself, and providing valuable revenue to plough back into the woodland in a variety of environmental and social projects.
