Isobel Campbell & Mark Lanegan have been confirmed as one of the secret artists performing at next weekend's The End of the Road.
Thursday isn't meant to be a day with lots of things going on. It's intended as a day where festival goers have a chance to pitch their tents, chill out and make some new friends before it all kicks off on Friday, however the Tipi Tent will play host to a few acts that day.
In other news Ra Ra Riot and The Hello Morning are no longer able to make it over to the festival (they both had their funding pulled last minute) and instead Yuck, and Olivia Chaney have been booked as replacements.
End of the Road takes place at Larmer Tree Gardens, near Salisbury, in Wiltshire over the weekend of Friday 10th to Sunday 12th September. Headliners are Modest Mouse, Yo La Tengo, and Wilco. Plus The New Pornographers, Iron & Wine, Cymbals Eat Guitars, The Low Anthem, Black Mountain, Dengue Fever, Frank Fairfield, The Felice Brothers, The Unthanks, The Antlers, Elliott Brood, Cate Le Bon, Django Django, Forest Fire, Jonny Kearney & Lucy Farrell, Joe Pug, Ladyhawk, Jessica Lea Mayfield, The Ruby Suns, Snowman, Timber Timbre, Diane Cluck with Andy Griffin, AA Bondy, and more.
