Frank Turner has been announced as the headline act for this year's Blissfields, the family friendly small festival.

Frank Turner has been unveiled as the Saturday night headlining act for Blissfields which runs from Thursday 30th June to Sunday 3rd July 2011 (no music Sunday) and will be at a new home at Woodmancott, in Hampshire, in the South of England. Also confirmed are SixNationState headlining on Thursday, Andy Burrows (I Am Arrows), Gold Panda, Dub Pistols, Subgiant, Man Like Me (live), David E Sugar, Chris T-T, Various Cruelties, Beans on Toast, Dom Chung, Sean Brosnan, The Riff Raff, and Sombrero Sound System.

Also confirmed are Huw Olesker, Gary Bennetton, I Dream In Colour, Fear of Theydon, Olly Salter, Benzo, D-Warrior, Polly & The Billets Doux, and Emily And The Woods. with more of the line-up to be announced soon.

Music takes place across five stages: The main open air stage; The Bradley Bubble a Big Top Stage offering mixed entertainment including local acts, open mic and after hours fun; Tractor Disco Stage (DJs) – An open air carnival on a tractor trailer for all day frivolity; The Hidden Hedge - a secluded hideaway in the woods, with chilled atmosphere and secret appearances/performances; and The Campfire which offers acoustic, DIY, and other entertainment.

Blissfields has declared its most adventure-packed year for kids with Katy Ashworth from CBeebies, star of hit show 'I Can Cook' singing songs and storytelling, Family Arts And Crafts, Juggling and Circus Workshops, Puppet Shows, Hula-Hooping, Magicians and book reading with talented children's author and illustrator Elissa Elwick.

Other fun activities across the weekend include face painting, lantern making, story telling, open mic and campfire jamming, 'It's A Knockout', sculpture building, drumming, knitting, fire building classes, 'Wake Up Shake Up' and green crafts.

As always, Blissfields has themed this year’s event and is encouraging attendees to lose themselves in fancy dress of the most absurd festival garb. To celebrate the transportation of the festival to its new "home-world", the theme for the weekend will be a Sci-Fi-tastic - "OUT OF THIS WORLD".

Tickets are now available priced at £65 for the weekend with camping, £42 for those aged 5-15 for the weekend with camping, children aged under 5 are free, there is no separate tariff for those not camping. No under 16's to camp unless accompanied by an over 21 years of age. Campervan tickets are priced at £35. There will be a £10 charge made on arrival for all vehicles, excluding those with valid campervan/caravan pass.

Thursday night camping is available for an extra £15 (for those already with weekend camping tickets or Friday day tickets). Day Tickets will be on sale at a future date.
