Johnny Flynn & The Sussex Wit, and Hypnotic Brass Ensemble will perform The Film & Music Arena, and lead the latest additions to the rota for this summer's Latitude Festival which takes place over the weekend of Thursday 14th to Sunday 17th July 2011 at Henham Park Estate, Suffolk.
Just added to the comedy line-up The Boy With Tape On His Face, and MCing in the Literary Arena comics Diane Spencer, Joe Wells, Eric Lampaert, Joe Lycett, and Danny McLoughlin.
In the Theatre Arena Mouth To Mouth present a new original piece for this year's Latitude entitled 'Stonepickings', and solo soprano Luci Briginshaw. Lindsey Kelk will read from her new book 'The Single Girls To Do List' and Neil & Ivan McCormick will recount stories from their memoir 'Killing Bono'.
The Cabaret Arena will feature Fat Content who present The Creature Cabaret, an award-winning cabaret packed with surreal story-telling and original songs.
The Faraway Forest, a new addition last year will showcase the talent of Gwendolen Chatfield, an accordion playing folktress who writes enchanting and lyrical songs with a dark twist. Fiddler extraordinaire Carrie White and dobro and mandolin maestro David Tromans complete this folk outfit.
And Pandora's Playground plays host to Fuel and 'The Simple Things in Life'. Award-winning producers Fuel return to Latitude with five short experiences to celebrate the simple things in life with Lewis Gibson, David Harradine, The London Snorkelling Team, Frauke Requardt and Barnaby Stone.
The National, Suede, and Paolo Nutini who will headline Latitude. More acts are still to be announced for six stages dedicated to showcasing an eclectic line-up of established bands and budding new acts, with a stage nestled in a clearing in the woods, and another beside a lake.
Weekend tickets are priced at £170 and £5 for children aged 5 - 12 years, day tickets are priced at £70 for adults, and £5 years for children (5-12), and a campervan Pass is priced at £30. Children aged under 5 are eligible for free tickets for Latitude Festival 2011 when accompanied by a ticket holding adult.
