Download announce acoustic acts including Bowling for Soup, & Skin

The line-up of acoustic acts and some more rockers have been announced for Download festival which takes place in Donington Park from Friday 10th until Sunday 12th June.

The converted ex-military 25 tonne Jäger Rock Truck returns to Download with it's own acoustic stage in a beast of a truck with a line up that includes Bowling for Soup, Skin (band), Slaves to Gravity, Obsessive Compulsive, Verses, Heavens Basement, Hyro Da Hero , Royal Republic, Million Dollar Reload, The Morning After, Maiden UniteD, Dan Reed, The Dirty Youth, Voodoo Johnson, and Red, White & Blues Band.

New additions to the Red Bull Bedroom Jam Stage include Modestep, Don Broco, Kill 21, Fighting Wolves, H.E.A.T, and You And What Army.

Additionally, organisers have announced the return of Download FM for the third year running.

Day tickets for Download are priced at £75. Weekend arena tickets are already available with 3 nights camping are priced at £170, a five nights camping weekend ticket is priced at £180 and offers access to the Download camp site from midday Wednesday June 8th 2011, and a weekend only ticket without camping is priced at £140.
