tickets on sale for Wilderness Festival 2012

Tickets are on sale now for next year's Wilderness festival, set to be held at Cornbury Park in Oxfordshire from Friday 10th until Sunday 12th August 2012.

The festival of musicianship, theatre, talks, panel debates, late-night parties, outdoor pursuits and food experiences returns for its second year to Cornbury Park in Oxfordshire.

There are no acts confirmed yet for 2012. Alongside music, Wilderness will also offer a full program of theatre & performance, nature walks and talks, a Well Being Area, and Boutique Babysitting is expected to once again be available.

Tim Harvey, Wilderness organiser, said, "...attracting over 10,000 people and still getting rave reviews - It's been a overwhelming start to Wilderness!

"The Wilderness concept is pretty special. It goes beyond the normal boundaries of a music festival experience and we've got a world-class team of collaborators and curators lined-up for 'Round 2' next August. The ideas being worked on for 2012 are mouth-watering and I can't wait to start announcing our plans early next year."

Lady Rotherwick, who opened the gates of her family home for the weekend added, "We're used to having music festivals on the Cornbury Estate but Wilderness was more interesting, eclectic and special than anything we've had before.

"The Wilderness experience is all about having no boundaries, it's a weekend of free-spirited exploration and enjoyment. We look forward to seeing everyone here again next year!"

Early bird adult weekend camping tickets are priced at £99.50. A young person (aged 11 to 17 years) is priced at £49.75, with children aged 10 years and younger going free. A campervan ticket is priced at £65. To buy tickets click here.
